Sometimes, a few days are all it takes to clear your mind. At Refugium Lunz, you’ll find space to let your thoughts roam – between movement and stillness, indoors and out.
The yoga room is yours to use whenever you like. Guided yoga sessions (subject to availability) complement your stay. In between, there’s plenty of time to follow your own rhythm – whether you feel like getting out and being active or simply slowing down and retreating.
And for the night: one of our 23 rooms – each a retreat in its own right, designed with natural materials, thoughtful details and a sense for what truly matters. If you like, you can even stay in one of our Sun Salutation Rooms, with extra space for your own practice, your equipment and inspiring reading material right in your room.
And as a little reminder of your time with us, you’ll receive an exclusive set of affirmation cards to accompany you back home.
