Baby crib children from 0 - 2,99 years free of charge in parents room
Sofa bed children from 3 -13,99 years € 50,-- per child and night
From 14 years € 90,-- per child and night
Child discounts are only available in the suites with two full paying guests. There is also the possibility to combine two rooms to one family suite. We will be happy to advise you.
Dogs
You are welcome to bring your dog: Price per night € 30,-- We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the area of the restaurant, sauna and relaxation rooms, as well as by the pool.
Booking conditions
Bookings at the Refugium are subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Association of the Hotel Industry as amended on November 15, 2006. The place of jurisdiction is St Pölten.

Deposit
A credit card as the guarantee is required at the time of booking. A 30% deposit is due within 14 days of booking. For special offers please ask for 100% prepayment.
Cancellation
Up to 14 days before arrival cancellation is free of charge
From 13 days before arrival 50% of the total amount
From 3 days before arrival 100% of the total amount
For special dates and group bookings special deposit and cancellation conditions apply.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance. The insurance also covers costs for deposits.
