Clemens Grosz is our new head chef
He’s been lending a hand in our kitchen for quite some time – and has proven himself in many ways. Now, it’s official: Clemens Groß takes on the role of Head Chef at Refugium Lunz am See.
He trained in places where cooking is taken seriously: at TRIAD, Ikarus – Hangar 7, with Döllerer, and at Vienna’s [aend]. It soon became clear: Clemens is someone who listens, refines, understands – and prefers to convince quietly rather than boast loudly.
Here at Refugium, he now shares the stove with Christian. Two chefs with the same goal: honest cuisine, clear lines, and dishes with character. The result is a kitchen that seeks connection – to people, to the region, to the seasons. And to what truly matters: taste.
