Christmas Markets in the Region
During Advent, the Ybbstaler Alps region lights up with Christmas markets that unite tradition, warmth and craftsmanship. Communities such as Lunz am See, Waidhofen an der Ybbs, and Ybbsitz shine under the motto “Sparkling Christmas.”
The Mostviertel is especially charming with its festive markets under the theme “Flammende Weihnacht.” Five markets along the Most & Iron Road invite visitors to enjoy regional crafts, culinary delights, and festive music.
